I agree that if I successfully qualify as a "Delegate" that there is no cost for me to attend the event and no financial obligation to attend until eight working weeks before the event. I agree that if I cancel my attendance within this 8 week period and do not have a suitable replacement from my organisation a Cancellation fee of £500 is to be paid. I agree that if I cancel my attendance one working week before the event and do not have a suitable replacement from my organisation a Cancellation fee of £1000 is to be paid. I understand that these fees are in place to bind the integrity of the gathering, so that all who register to attend make every effort to do so for the good of the event. I agree that the cancellation fees are in place to mitigate against any loss to Global Business Intelligence Ltd caused by my failure to attend or send a replacement.*
