Arrival Instructions

Upon arrival, please enter via the main reception entrance and follow signage to the CIO Event registration desk, where you will be given your badge and itinerary.


Branded Signage and Materials

Please note that partners are not permitted to dress the meeting rooms with pull-up banners – branding for these areas will be provided by GB Intelligence. However, you may decorate your table with a branded tablecloth (please contact me for table sizing if required), and bring along other company branded items such as pens, notebooks and other giveaways for attendees that will leave a lasting impression!

If your company has a speaking session or roundtable at the event, you may bring along a pull-up banner to display during your session.

If you do not have a speaking slot you are not permitted to bring pull-up banners.



Please note that we advise against shipping items to the event venue and recommend that your attendees bring along your event materials with them on the day.

If you do wish to ship any items to the venue, please contact your Event Manager directly.

Your attendees to the event are solely responsible for your event materials. Items that have been sent to the venue will be placed at your meeting table if labelled correctly. Immediately following the event, items for courier must be repackaged and re-labelled and collected no later than the day after the event. Any items not collected or removed within this time may be discarded by the venue.

GB Intelligence and the event venue cannot take responsibility for any partner materials.


Provisional Event Timings

Registration: 08:00 – 08:30
Opening Remarks: 08:30 – 08:45
First Workshops and Meeting begin: 09:15
Lunch: 12:50 – 13:30
Last workshops and meetings end: 16:55
Drinks reception: 17:00 – 18:00


Meals and Refreshments

All meals and refreshments for the duration of the main conference and drinks receptions are complimentary for the number of representatives agreed in your contract. Any additional extras should be paid for by the individual. Any additional attendees outside your contract are subject to confirmation by GB Intelligence and a charge to cover attendance costs.


Luggage Storage

Luggage storage at the event venue is limited, therefore please do not bring luggage along with you.


Dress Code

Dress code for all day conference and networking is business attire/business casual.


WiFi / Internet Access

Wifi is available free of charge throughout the event venue. Further details will be provided at registration on the morning of the event.


AV Assistance

For speakers, there will be an AV team onsite should you need assistance regarding your presentation. A laptop will be provided for those with speaking presentations, however please feel free to bring your own and inform us of any external cables that are required to support your device.


Don't Forget!

Please remember to bring everything that you will require for the duration of the event, such as phone chargers, laptop chargers, adapters if required, etc, as the venue and GB Intelligence will be unable to provide spare ones. It is advisable to bring business cards for additional networking
