Working as regional CIO and CTO for Eurasia and Africa at Coca Cola and IT Director – Service Excellence at GE Capital, Adam has built a reputation as a robust, direct and keen strategist, seeing possibilities in every situation and acting quickly on those possibilities. His key accomplishments include; reducing cycle time on product claims processing by over 50%, ensuring compliance with new EU legislation across 7000 product variants and delivering a new operational capability and system solution in less than 18 months, and delivering a 10% reduction in FTE and a successful internal audit in just seven months.

Dave participates on several IT Advisory Boards, providing recommendations to groups within Education, Industry and Government. He was appointed as a Fellow of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2015. Dave is focused on delivering transformational IT services and driving forward programmes of change within B2B and B2C markets.
David’s key strengths include responsibility for everything that underpins the smooth running of the business. This includes all aspects of Technology, Change and Operations. Generally bringing together all the teams necessary to deliver a best in class service to customers. Prior to joining RSA David worked for Royal Bank of Scotland, as Head of Technology and Operations within Commercial &Private Banking. Looking after Back Office operations for a number of Brands including Coutts, Ulster Bank, NatWest, Lombard, Invoice Finance to name a few.
HISAM AHMED, GLOBAL HEAD OF ARCHITECTURE - WPP/GROUPM
Hisam is an Architecture Capability Leader with 20+ years experience in a number of areas within IT. Graduate in Computer Systems Technology with active experience in change, innovation and strategy functions across different industries including Government, Banking and Utilities. He has a broad understanding and keen interest in Technology and its dependencies, specifically on how businesses can capitalise on technology to add or create business value, increase agility and lower business risk.
John was a former Group CIO for Rolls-Royce plc, responsible for ensuring that Rolls-Royce plc had the digital capability (processes, applications, data and technology) it needs to succeed. This includes the full IT lifecycle (Determine, Deliver, Run, and Retire), Security, Risk & Compliance, and ensuring value for money.
Neil Jarvis has over 25 years’ experience in both commercial and government information systems security and has designed, implement and attacked complex IT and security infrastructure to ensure that they meet business requirements. Prior to Aston Martin, Neil held senior positions at Deloitte, UBS and was Global CISO at DHL Supply Chain.
PROF SHARM MANWANI, PROFESSOR (AI) - HENLEY BUSINESS SCHOOL
Prof Sharm Manwani directs Strategy, Business Design & Enterprise Architecture programmes for corporates and consultancies at Henley Business School. He supervises and conducts research into Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence Governance, and IT Leadership topics. Sharm has advised the European Commission on Digital Leadership education and leads Henley’s EA Survey collaboration with McKinsey. Sharm is a Fellow of the BCS, a regular judge at the UK IT Industry awards and presents at many business and academic conferences. He was awarded the Henley Doctoral Research Paper Prize for his analysis of how IT aligns to and delivers business needs at corporate, group and operating unit levels.
Currently Chief Information Officer at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, Steve is a European Engineer, Chartered Engineer, Chartered IT Professional and a Fellow of the British Computer Society, with over 25 years’ experience working within the IT industry. As CIO he is responsible for the strategic development of all IT provision, information assurance and governance and business transformation activities for the University. Steve has been listed in Holyrood Connect’s The Tech 100 for numerous consecutive years and was awarded the title of ICT Leader of the Year in 2013. He is a member of the Board of Management of Dundee & Angus College and has completed his 3-year tenure as Chair of the Higher Education IT Directors in Scotland in 2016.
Peter is Chief Data Officer at Southern Water and is tasked with developing and delivering a data strategy for the organisation. Previously Peter was Head of Data at The Pensions Regulator (TPR), which regulates the pensions and automatic enrolment in the UK. Before joining TPR. Peter spent 17 years providing data strategy consultancy across the not for profit sector, financial services and FMCG, working with large multi-national organisations and bluechip brands. Peter is a specialist in Data Strategy, Data Technologies, Master Data Management Strategies, Data Governance Frameworks, GDPR and Data Science Strategies.

Technology wasn’t Jo’s first career choice. Instead she was on track to be a professional tennis player until injury forced her to put her sporting ambitions to one side and she took a role on an IT help desk. It was there she learned her trade and realised she wanted to be part of fixing the bigger problem, progressing into service management strategy roles at Diageo, Accenture and Yahoo.
With a demonstrable record of driving successful global technology transformations, Jo went on to hold senior positions including Head of Global Service Management at Betfair and the BBC where she helped to build a world-class centralised operations team.
Jo went onto senior leadership roles as SVP Global Technology Services group and then CTO at Wood Mackenzie, Senior director of engineering at Skyscanner and is now CIO at The Hut group.
Prior to joining Williams Lea Tag, Ricky Santos was responsible for Cisco Services Portfolio strategy and governance and the COO for Cisco Consulting Services.
Ricky joined Cisco in July, 2014 from Presidio where he served as the Senior Vice President for Managed Services and Managed Cloud. He was responsible for creating Presidio Managed Cloud and the associated delivery capability that helped clients realize the benefits of this service.
Prior to his tenure at Presidio, he was the Vice President for Global Cloud Solutions at Dell. He also spent 6 years at Accenture where we was a senior executive and Global Product and Offering Lead, responsible for the full life cycle management and development of Accenture’s infrastructure outsourcing, security and consulting services portfolios.
Ricky’s IT career spans over 25 years, and covers the design and development of systems to architecting operating models and building portfolios focused on delivering to a desired user experience while solving business problems.
He is a recognized expert, thought leader, and speaker who holds patents in the areas of global risk and compliance management, risk management and services modelling.
Ricky attended the University of Santo Tomas – Manila, Philippines for Economics and studied Managerial Psychology at Ateneo de Manila University – Manila, Philippines.
Nick Mitrovic is Oxfam GB's Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for ensuring Oxfam has the digital capability it needs to succeed. This includes the full IT lifecycle - from strategy and enterprise architecture to delivery and operations. He has previously led technology transformation in oil and gas, publishing, and software industries.
