His key accomplishments include; reducing cycle time on product claims processing by over 50%, ensuring compliance with new EU legislation across 7000 product variants and delivering a new operational capability and system solution in less than 18 months, and delivering a 10% reduction in FTE and a successful internal audit in just seven months.

Dave participates on several IT Advisory Boards, providing recommendations to groups within Education, Industry and Government. He was appointed as a Fellow of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2015. Dave is focused on delivering transformational IT services and driving forward programmes of change within B2B and B2C markets.
David’s key strengths include responsibility for everything that underpins the smooth running of the business. This includes all aspects of Technology, Change and Operations. Generally bringing together all the teams necessary to deliver a best in class service to customers. Prior to joining RSA David worked for Royal Bank of Scotland, as Head of Technology and Operations within Commercial &Private Banking. Looking after Back Office operations for a number of Brands including Coutts, Ulster Bank, NatWest, Lombard, Invoice Finance to name a few.
Paul is the Group CISO for Unipart Group of Companies. With nine years experience in the cyber security world, including consulting to some of the world's biggest brands, he engages with the business at board level to enable trusted secure commerce. With an ‘ethical hacker; background, he is able to address complex security challenges but is equally passionate about driving effective change through unambiguous leadership and communication. When he isn't keeping Unipart safe, you can find him tinkering with code and figuring out how to inspire the next generation of cyber security professionals.
Peter is Chief Data Officer at Southern Water and is tasked with developing and delivering a data strategy for the organisation. Previously Peter was Head of Data at The Pensions Regulator (TPR), which regulates the pensions and automatic enrolment in the UK. Before joining TPR. Peter spent 17 years providing data strategy consultancy across the not for profit sector, financial services and FMCG, working with large multi-national organisations and bluechip brands. Peter is a specialist in Data Strategy, Data Technologies, Master Data Management Strategies, Data Governance Frameworks, GDPR and Data Science Strategies.
Richard Entrup is the Global Chief Information Officer at Christie’s with responsibility for the strategic vision and leadership of Christie’s Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Emerging Technology initiatives. Prior to Christie’s, Richard held various technology leadership roles at prominent global brands including Disney/ABC TV Group, Time Warner Inc., The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Viacom, and Tiffany & Company. Richard has also served as CIO at a major global law firm and several healthcare companies with documented success aligning technology investment to strategic business objectives.

Prof Sharm Manwani directs Strategy, Business Design & Enterprise Architecture programmes for corporates and consultancies at Henley Business School. He supervises and conducts research into Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence Governance, and IT Leadership topics. Sharm has advised the European Commission on Digital Leadership education and leads Henley’s EA Survey collaboration with McKinsey. Mr. Jason Wright began his federal career as an active duty Marine. After an enlistment in the Marine Corps and medical discharge in 2002, he transitioned to serve as a U.S. civil service employee. As a federal civilian, Jason has served various organizations within the Defense Department to include; the U.S. Marine Corps, the DoD Education Activity, the U.S. Navy, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. As an active duty Marine, he served in the telecommunications field in both tactical and garrison environments.
