Stephen is a FM professional with over 22 years experience in providing strategic, implementation and delivery management roles in both the public and private sectors. He is a Quantity Surveyor by background, with significant experience in providing expert advice in all aspects of Facilities Management.
Nick is a health, safety and environment (HSE) leader with expertise in global facilities management, risk management and mitigation, security, business continuity, and fire & life safety. His purview includes developing and implementing policies and strategies to create a positive management culture that drives employee engagement, performance and compliance to achieve "best in class" standards for global management of corporate real estate across six continents. He is experienced in managing and engaging stakeholders across an organisation and leveraging support from partners and outside vendors to deliver effective, sustainable and cost efficient management.
Carole is a Real Estate and Project Management Professional Managing +400 location property portfolio, providing workplace solutions for multiple business unit solutions, delivering exciting places to work, change management principles and design solutions that create a collaborative environment.
Nick is a Facilities professional with over 20 years FM experience across a range of organisations, with the last 10 at GSK. He strives for robust and sustainable solutions that deliver demonstrable value to the core business through optimised asset utilisation, productive workplaces and balanced service delivery appropriate to the business context.
Following six years as FM Controller at The Home Office, John joined the Crown Commercial Service as Head of FM in June 2012. Since June 2016 John has also held the role of Head of Workplace, Commercial Specialist (FM and Estates).
Phil is a Procurement Category leader and Head of Procurement with over 20 years experience in Procurement and Supply Management, including greenfield situations, outsourcing and offshoring. He has experience in a number of sectors, including; Financial Services, Telecoms, Utilities and FMCG, including European environments.
After holding various Engineering posts throughout his career at Nissan, PepsiCo, United Biscuits, Kerry Foods and Allied Bakeries, Kevin took the role of Group Engineering Director of Tesco plc in August 2014.
STEVE NORRIS, DIRECTOR FOR PROPERTY, FACILITIES, SECURITY, EQUIPMENT - THE POST OFFICE
Steve has held Director positions in Finance, Operations and Transformation in FTSE100 businesses. He currently directs property for the largest retail property portfolio in Europe, covering strategy, services outsource contracts, acquisitions/disposals, estate planning, security, health and safety. I manage a budget of over £55m with 10% year on year cost savings. Previously he has directed several of BT Group Board's share price impacting outsourcing, property and operations transformation strategies.
Peter is an accomplished Senior Business, Property & Facilities Management professional with over 25 years experience in Strategic & Operational FM delivery, FM Consultancy, Change Projects and Business Reengineering across both private and public sectors including global companies. An innovative and strategic thinker Peter has an excellent management record. An ex RAF Logistics Officer, he achieves results by instilling leadership, commitment, trust, teamwork and loyalty.
Jason is an experienced Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services, contracting , building operations and consulting industry. He is currently Regional Head of Property Management within UBS GCS (Global Corporate Services) responsible for design and construction projects, Mission Critical Facilities engineering operations, health & fire safety and fabric maintenance.
After positions at Charles Barrett, Morgan Stanley and UBS and the British Council of Offices, Gary joined BT Group as Head of Construction Priogramme Management in April 2009. Since December 2012, he has held the role of National Projects & Construction Director.
Claire is an experienced Head Of Property and Facilities Management with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. She is a strong business development professional skilled in Operations Management, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Facility Management (FM), Hospitality and Business Process Improvement. Her current role as Regional Head of Property for Europe and Americas is to ensure that all aspects of the Property function are well managed, well operated and provide safe and productive work environment for the staff and customers of Europe and Americas.
